Wild Bergamot Meadow is designed with 10 large residential building lots; each with a 360-degree panoramic view in addition to direct access to the 11-acre recreation area. Each and every lot presents topography offering the homebuilder the opportunity of choice for a wide variety of home designs.

Special attention has been given to the design, surveying and engineering as applied to lot size and configuration and infrastructure construction of road and ponds, to maintain, enhance and take care to support the natural beauty of Wild Bergamot Meadow.

Our conservation design incorporates more than 11 acres of open green space. This 11 acres of open green area is a private park for the exclusive use of the ten resident homeowners. The 11 acres of open green space is designed with a 10 acre recreation area, two sculptured retention ponds with water drainage areas, and with all ten lots having direct access onto the open green space.

Our conservation design focused on; environmental protection, recreation opportunities, protecting and enhancing wildlife habitat, maintaining and enhancing the ecological and water filtration functions of wetlands and riparian areas, and reducing storm water runoff and flooding. The 11 plus acres of open green space recreation area is permanently preserved via dedication of common ownership and managed through the homeowners association.

Wild Bergamot Avenue is the designated Town Road within and serving the 10 lots on Wild Bergamot Meadow. Wild Bergamot Avenue has a sub-base averaging about 4' feet deep, (5 & 1/2 foot deep in some areas), including the deck of 6" inches of crushed limestone dense base and with a width of 30' to 33' feet.

The engineering design, construction process, structural integrity and design esthetics of Wild Bergamot Avenue, means all 10 lots have driveway access to one of the best built roads in Wisconsin. We began our road construction for Wild Bergamot Avenue, first by redesigning and reconstructing about 800' feet of the existing Town Road, 330th St., where Wild Bergamot Avenue intersects; so as to increase the north and south views at the Wild Bergamot Avenue intersection to maximize traffic safety.

Wild Bergamot Avenue is designed to be a natural part of the Meadow's topography; it fits and looks like it belongs there.
